- Excellent Customer Service: Provide every customer with exceptional service, communication, and a winning attitude.
Sales: Selling and up-selling on-site.
- Truck Safety & Operations: Maintain utmost safety when operating our trucks. Complete daily inspections.
Lifting & Junk Removal: Routine heavy lifting to remove junk items (e.g., couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, etc.) from business, residential, and government sites.
- Brand Promotion & Marketing: Work to build and maintain our company brand and image. Maintain sufficient levels of marketing and promotional material on the trucks for on-site upsells and sales.
- Time Management: Ability to make logistics decisions within the provided daily schedule (manage disposal times, efficiently complete a job, facilitate marketing during downtimes, etc.).
- Client Education: Educate our clients on the prices and benefits of our services before providing an estimate to ensure a positive experience. Confidently provide aggressive prices to meet or exceed our targets and goals.
- Excellent customer service & people skills
- Management & supervisory experience a plus
- Strong ability to problem-solve on the job
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and
- have a clean driving record (CDL not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-manage and work without direct supervision
Compensation based on experience.
